Registration Begins

Each program flyer lists season dates and registration periods. Please download the appropriate program flyer to obtain this information (i.e., Arena Soccer, Roller Hockey).

Pre-registration Required

All recreation programs are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Any program that does not meet minimum enrollment numbers in advance of the first meeting date will be cancelled. Our programs are self-supporting through participant fees based on minimum enrollment.

Payment of Fees

All fees must be paid at the time of registration. All registration fees must be submitted with a completed and signed registration form. Fees will not be prorated.

Waiver/Release of Liability

Each participant must sign a waiver/release of liability when registering for a department program or before the start date of a program. A parent or guardian must sign the waiver for a participant under the age of 18. You may make copies of the registration form to sign separate waivers.

Filled Programs

If your program is full, you will be notified. Whenever possible, you will be placed on a waiting list. If you paid by check, your check will be returned to you.

Cancellation of Programs

The Community Services Department has the right to cancel programs due to low enrollment or for any other reasonable cause. If a program is cancelled, you will be notified in advance by telephone, so please include a phone number where you can be reached or where a voice mail message can be left. You will be given a choice of a transfer (if applicable), credit voucher, or refund without a service charge if the Department cancels a program.

Confirmation of Registration

To receive confirmation of your registration/receipt, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your mail-in registration form or provide a 24-hour fax number with fax-in registration.

Refunds/Credit Vouchers

If you are unable to attend a program after you have registered, you may request a refund or credit voucher by contacting the Center office by mail, phone, or in person. If you take a credit voucher, you will receive a credit for 100% of the program fees minus any practices/games attended. Refund requests will be assessed a 25% service charge, and any practices/games attended will be deducted from the original fees paid. Refunds or credits will not be granted for individual practices/games that a participant misses during a session. If you will be dropping out of a program, please let us know as soon as possible to give another person an opportunity to participate—many of our popular programs have waiting lists. All requests for refunds or credit vouchers for dropped programs must be made prior to the last meeting.
